Your journey begins with a free 15-minute consultation, with no pressure and no obligation. This first step gives you a calm, supportive space to ask questions, feel heard, and decide what kind of support may be right for you. This is more than a quick call. You will connect with a licensed, compassionate counselor who listens without judgment and offers clear, helpful guidance. We can talk about individual therapy, addiction and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling, court-mandated, employer, or probation-required Alcohol & Drug Assessments (SUD), including DUI/DWI cases, U.S. DOT SAP Return-to-Duty (RTD) evaluations, group counseling, or personal coaching based on your needs. All sessions are virtual, private, and convenient, offered by phone or secure video. Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or working through addiction, trauma, burnout, or faith-based concerns, this consultation can help bring clarity and direction. Cancellation Policy
At Zoe Counseling Services, we value your time and are committed to providing each client with the highest quality of care. To maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensure accessibility for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation policies below. Scheduling Appointments Appointments can be conveniently booked online or by phone. New clients will be asked to complete intake and consent forms prior to the first session to help us better understand your needs and prepare for your care. Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within this window allows us to offer the time to another client in need of care. Cancellations If you need to cancel your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hoursโ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a late cancellation fee equal to the session rate. Repeated missed or late cancellations may affect future scheduling privileges. Timeliness Please plan to log in or arrive a few minutes early for your session. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the same late cancellation policy. Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur. If you experience a true emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. We strive to approach each situation with compassion and understanding. Booking Confirmation Your appointment is considered confirmed once all required forms are completed and submitted. You will receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details and a reminder prior to your scheduled time.
